The data summarises the characteristics of the first ejected jet drop (drop radius, drop velocity, pinch-off time) due to bursting bubbles with surfactants. A csv file is provided for the simulations and experiments respectively. Each row of the data corresponds to a single simulation or single run of the experiment.
